How It Works.

step 1. Meet With Us

We will review your property, discuss your goals, provide recommendations, and collect information to prepare a budgetarty estimate.

Step 2. Approve the work

Once you’re happy with your conceptual design, we will schedule you rproject and give you a timeline for completion.

Step 3. Enjoy your pool!

Once your project is completed, you and your family can enjoy your new backyard space!

What We Do.

We’ll manage your pool project from start to finish. From acquiring permits to construction, our team is there for you every step of the way.



Project Planning

We work with designers, engineers and landscape architects to turn your vision to reality, first in a render form. Once approved by you, we enhance the design of details allowing us to procure materials and carry out the construction.



Lot survey & zoning review

We review Zoning and Building Bylaws of your municipal authority to ensure the project’s compliance with the legal requirements. We also retain a surveyor to capture the lot boundaries on lots with challenging terrain and constraints, e.g. Right of Ways, Easements, etc.



permitting requirements

We consolidate the deliverables of the design professionals and submit a Building Permit package to the Municipal or Regional Authority Having Jurisdiction.



Pool & POOL HOUSE DESIGN

Our team of design professionals will work with you through your ideas and coordinate with us regarding budget, available materials, lead times, etc. Our work is not done until you are absolutely satisfied with the results.



landscape design

We will work with the best landscape architects in the area to provide you with a functional and resilient landscape of your dreams.



engineering & construction

Our engineers will ensure your pool can withstand the most challenging conditions. Our designs allow you to fully drain your pool without compromising the integrity and posing risk to your investment. Construction is carried out by the most knowledgeable and diligent trades we’ve worked with for 10+ years.
